Therapeutic Approach

Life can be difficult, but I believe that we were built to do and overcome difficult things, even when the task of healing seems impossible. Your feelings are important, and you have the power to transform and heal within a safe space.

My goal is to be that safe space for you, and for all my clients. The space I hold is one of openness, non-judgement, safety, and transparency. I invite you to set the direction of your sessions, while I provide the tools to cultivate the space you need within sessions and yourself. My goal is to be a mirror for you to self-reflect and to guide you through self-exploration and deep self-care. It is important for me to connect you to your inner strength while creating solutions for handling emotional/mental challenges that may arise. I recognize that all my clients are unique and deserve mental health care that is best suited for their individual needs.
