Rarely in our busy lives do we have the opportunity to intentionally spend time making sense of our experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a way that connects them to our actions. Having space where we feel heard, seen, and celebrated can be a healing experience that fosters movement toward finding joy and peace within ourselves and in our lives.
Our therapists practice through a trauma-informed lens, taking a relational approach with clients. As a part of this work, therapists pull from other modalities such as CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Feminist therapy.
Our services are designed to address key areas of life, including relationship challenges, trauma, substance abuse, caregiving support and burnout, sexuality and gender identity, anxiety, depression, cultural identity, work-life balance, navigating life transitions, and day-to-day struggles.

We also offer customized consulting services and mental health trainings/presentations (virtual or in person) to organizations big and small. We would love to help your team or workplace achieve better productivity and satisfaction through improving wellness.

Caregivers face immense challenges, often without the proper tools to sustain their well-being over time. While professionals in other fields undergo years of training, caregivers are frequently left to navigate emotional and physical exhaustion on their own. Burnout rates continue to soar, especially among caregivers, who bear the dual responsibility of providing both physical and emotional support. Systemic issues further exacerbate these pressures, adding to the difficulty of caregiving roles.
To help address these challenges, we are offering support groups focused specifically on caregiver burnout, setting healthy boundaries, and practicing self-compassion. These groups are just the beginning – more support is on the way!
