Out-of-Network

We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies.  We are happy to provide all necessary information to obtain out of network benefits. 

Medicare and Medicaid

Unfortunately, we are not currently partnered with Medicare or Medicaid for benefits. If you have questions about your insurance coverage feel free to email or call us and we can help determine your eligibility. 

​Sessions Vary in Length

Most are 50 minutes. For those paying out of pocket the fee ranges from $150- $175 for a 50 minute session.  We have limited sliding-scale fees appointment available, please contact us if you are in need of one.
